Lemurian Quartz Points consist of a hexagonal base, with three sides tapering inwards towards a triangular tip.

The points typically have distinctive horizontal growth lines across alternating facets known as striations. These laddered grooves, visible to the naked eye, tend to be on the non-tapered sides and have a texture that can be easily felt with a thumb or finger.
